A) WHAT IS THE WE BOX?

The Witt’s End Box is a hand-selected, subscription based styling service that delivers today’s trends to your door. Your box comes with a consulting guideline written by one of our stylist; she will share ideas and suggestions of how to pair items together. She will also refer back to prior purchases to ensure you maximize your investment. Each box is personalized for every women’s individual style…no two boxes are alike.

B) HOW DOES THIS WORK?

1) Complete your style profile. This can be done over the phone, via email, traditional mail, or in the Witt’s End College Station boutique! This will give us a good read on your personal style, sizing, coloring, fit, and silhouette.

2) Pick the date and budget! Choose when and how often you’d like to receive your personal box. From monthly to seasonally, you’ve got plenty of options to suit your needs. Then, give us a budget to work with so you feel good about your choices and investment.

3) Try it on. You’ve got 5 days, comfortable lighting, the right mirrors, and the privacy of your own home to explore the options our stylists choose for you. Pair the Witt’s End Box pieces with some of your own closet staples. Explore your personal style & maybe even try something new.

4) Keep what you want and send the rest back. After you’ve hung up your new items, return the clothes you don’t want with our pre-paid mailing label and drop it at any UPS location. WE Box subscribers enjoy free shipping both ways, so it’s always risk free!

5) When you’re ready, call or email us for another Box! You don’t have to be a monthly subscriber to enjoy the benefits of the WE Box. When you are ready, simply get in touch with a Witt’s End stylist, tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll get a Box to you right away.

Scheduling
Your WE Box stylist is here for you when you need her. You can enroll for a monthly or quarterly service, or simply contact us when you’re ready for you next
WE Box.
Payment
You’ve already earned some insider advice with our free, in-house personal stylists so as a WE Box recipient, you’ll only pay for the clothing that you keep. Following your 5 day try-on period, your credit card on file will be charged for the clothing and accessories that you choose to keep.
Shipping and Returns

1) What’s the WE Box return policy?

Simply return the items in the packaging that they arrived in and use the pre-paid return label that was included in your WE Box. Drop it at a convenient UPS location, enjoy your new items, and look forward to your next WE Box!

2) What’s the Try-On Period?

Once you’ve received your WE Box, you’ll have a comfortable 5 days to decide whether or not your items will be new additions to your wardrobe. Contact the Witt’s End College Station boutique if you’re running late in getting the items shipped back or feel that your return package has been lost.

3) Can I exchange for another size or color?

All WE Box apparel and accessories are pulled from our in-house inventory, so quantities may be limited in certain items. Call or email your stylist to secure a different size or an alternative color, or to inquire about ordering additional and/or duplicate items!

Gifting

1) Can a WE Box be gifted?

Always looking out for the women in the world, the WE Box can definitely be set up as a gift. WE Box gifts can be set up as subscriptions or as single purchases. In addition, our stylists will ask for the same styling profile information in order to tailor the Box specifically for the recipient! We can ship a selection of items to your gift recipient with your budget in mind and let them select their gift. Then they can ship back what they don’t want or they may want to purchase something for themselves.

2) Can I purchase a WE Box gift certificate?

You most certainly can! These are ideal as birthday or holiday presents and can be ordered online, over the phone, or in person! Simply contact the Witt’s End College Station boutique and our personal stylists will take care of you!
