Returns and Exchanges

Sometimes you get home with your purchase and it just doesn’t work out. We’ve been there, we understand. Our return and exchange policy is established to protect you in your purchase.

  • All hand tags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return.
  • All regular priced items purchased within 10 days of a return with a credit or debit card will receive credit back on the card that was used to purchase the items. Items purchased over that 10 day period will be accepted and the customer will receive store credit.
  • Items purchased with cash have a 30-day period to be returned for store credit.
  • All store credit for returns must be used within one year of the return date.
  • All sales are final on sale merchandise.
    • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
    • All garments are subject to inspection.

We all have those friends or loved ones that are difficult to buy for. There are the women that seem to have everything, and then there are the women that are just super choosy when it comes to fashion. Luckily, the Witt’s End Gift Card is the perfect little present for those times when all other options just don’t fit. Gift cards can be purchased in any amount and don’t expire, and can be purchased in store or over the phone and mailed to the recipient. Gift giving made simple, you’ve got to love that!
